Saxon is horrible with trying to contact them, I called to see if i qualified to have my ARM froze before it would adjust. I was told by a rep what I needed to do, when I did that a month later I found out I did not have a completed file, not by Saxon, but by me calling them. On 3/25/2008 I sent them over everythng they required, and no one ever calls you back from this company. I contacted them on 4/21/2008, I called them again on 5/19, and 5/23. My case was not assigned to a rep until 4/3/2008 (James) I called him and left messages to no prevail he never returned calls. I called on 6/30/2008 to found out that my case had been clsoed for them not being able to contact me. HUH!

I believe that you should be able to afford your initial payment, I mean why did you lie and state you could afford it when you knew you couldn't?!
BUT some people were told they could refinance, however with the declining market they have not been able to. Those people should be helped with a rate FREEZE.

Amen to that! I am sick of the whiners who boohoo all the time about their ARM adjustments. They signed on the dotted line. And many of them lied about their income and employment to get the loans, and now their greed or poor choice has caught up with them! Well, suck it up and get a 2nd job if you have to but pay your mortgages, on time! This industry is the way it is not only becasue of the greedy loan officers and mortgage brokers but the lying borrowers!
