I just want to stress how dissatified and dissappointed I am with
Saxon mortgage Services. For the past two months I've submitted [3 times] my application for any
workout option or the modification of my adjustable monthly mortgage interst rate which is currently at 10.25%. Every time I follow up. they claim they have misplaced the application or never received the fax. There giving me the run around and are not being cooperative or supportive. I guess they do not care if I lose my house since they will gain my home as an asset. The property of course has doubled in price

The screeners don't even work for Saxon. They told me they get disgruntled callers all day. All they can say is "I'm sorry". I was told by the screener that Saxon is not licensed to refinance in my state and there is no one to talk too.
