Loan modification never received. payment not applied to mortgage

Saxon Mortgage complaint
Started loan modification in 12-07. Said they never received it. Sent again in 4-08. Said modification went through. Returned paperwork with cashier's check for $1704.00 on 7-22-08 by fedex. Never applied payment to mortgage. Never have I received one instrument showing that loan has been modified, not recorded in court house. Receiving paperwork with different mortgage companies as lien holder. Escrows have increased from $133.00-$500.00 per month. They refuse to send me my loan papers . I had a conversation with a loan rep on 9-2-08 and She told me not to worry about my Sept. payment as I was still in loan modification.

Saxon does not know what it is doing except that it foreclosing on people who are making honest attempts to keep their homes. If they start foreclosure procedures on me, i will answer the foreclosure and i will not be sending them any more payments as they will not be applied to my loan as I don't feel that I actually have one. they are collecting money that is supposed to be applied to the mortgage for late fees and other charges. I would like to take them to court. Please let me know if any of you are interested. We need a good attorney. Thanks.

I feel one month behind on my payment because I had to go out of town for a death in the family and didn't work. I contacted Saxon Mortgage and was told about doing a modification it is now four months later the amount due is scaring the crap out of me I will never be able to pay 6500.. I only have enough for one months payment. I was told two weeks ago that it was approved by the managers and that it had to be signed off and then the would fedex the papers to us. Well, I'm trying my best to hold on to the payment and when I call it says there office is closed, that was on a Friday at 5 pm mt and it shows on there website there open till 10pm. I'm worried that nothing is going to happen and that we will lose our home. Can't refi on the mortgage now because saxon has now screwed up my credit and I just have to sit back and wait till monday.

I want in on this suit as I jsut received a summon on foreclosure and was told to not pay payments and not to worry they would be placed at the end of the loan. Save around 1,000 and when it goes throught that should start you on a clean slate yeah right right out of my home. These people never get anything you send them faxes mail or anything and you never talk to the same person twice and improper record or placed in file don't believe them when they say everything is alright. Contact BBB in your state and TX and anywhere else they do business. Also contact banking Heads of state. Call hope hotline call Saxon every day take note of people talked to call anyone and everyone....... Talk to newsmedia lets blast them back to the country that most of the people you talk to cause they sure don't speak or write english as nothing is ever right or done. They are a debt collector just listen to their message and see for yourself anyone in foreclosure look at who is the plaintif and see who it is most of the time it is the orginal loan holder contact them CFO and board members threaten a lawsuit if they allow this continue and don't give up it is a full time job but maybe we will heard and this will stop
