Saxon Mortgage complaint

In April I made my Mortgage payment for one of my rental properties. Later that month I received NSF Fees from my personal bank. Saxon cashed my check and ran it through two more times after recieving the funds from the first time.

The two times that they ran it after they cashed it the first time was "NSF". My bank couldnt beleive that they did this and returned all NSF fees to me.

I've spent countless hours on the phone with Saxon and sent them all of the proof they requested. I told them I will not make a payment for May until this is cleared up. It took a month for it to get reviewed and they still said I owed them Aprils payment.

I disputed it again sending everything that I sent the first time. I again explained I will not pay until this issue is resolved. I called them to try to speak with someone with at least half a brain.

This person LIED to me saying everything was resolved and I am being credited all Late Fees and they are fixing the credit reporting.

I sent May's payment AND IT WAS CREDITED TO APRILS PAYMENT! This company is a joke.

I now have in my posession a letter stating they did cash Aprils check but the late fees were from a NSF in March. I look through my bank statements from October of 2007 up until April 2008 and every check has cleared without any NSF.

So I call and again try to get this all taken care of and they have no record of this letter that I received. Someone was supposed to call me back and never did.

As of now I have not made May's, June or July's payment and don't give a flying ***. I show almost 90 days past due and no credit has been made to me.

I am a National Account Manager and travel a lot and do not have the time to try to resolve this anymore. At this point I have tried evrything, they can have the house!

Hi, I am countering my forclosure with a suit for unfair trade practices! That is exactly what they do. When you need to verify they know nothing. I think they are a front company for Morgan Stanly(who owns them) to get cash flow and run. Their financials look like they are going to fold. By the way, if you pay on line they can't touch it and it posts right away. Good luck! Get out if and when you can! If you need any help just write back. It has been 1 1/2 yrs I have been trying to get my mtg modified. Now I am filing suit! I wish you well...
