SAXON CLIENT'S..yea ok....PLEASE sign your name to this list that is going to be submitted to every offical, tv station, attorney general & Obama...working with the company is like shoveling sh&t against the tide....they sold saxon to another company??? anyone else hear about this smooth move???? the sneaks...were any of you contacted...we weren't...i want to make this brief as i am at the end of my rope..please sign your name, town & state & briefly explain the best possible problems you are having with saxon before & after the modification HAMP program & if you were at all successful....I seriously would like to have this list FILLED up within 3 weeks to a month to get this ball rolling....is this American, are we Americans? They are THE WORST company EVER!!! after 4 years of trying to get on the HAMP program and sending and resending my documents over and OVER they have now conveniently sold out it looks like and I now have a new servicer and have to start the modification process ALL over!! They say we will ofrward it all to the new company... They have NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! SIGN ME UP!!!! |

I called daily, with a different story each time, getting told to call back tomorrow or next week to talk to this or that person, just to get a voicemail to leave a message that was never returned. Eventually we lost our home. |

Written by kristen hoh on February 16, 2012 from cincinnati, ohio, US i was on the hamp programs they lost my paperwork several times, took over a year to tell me i was denied, after doing every thing i was suppose to do, made all payments etc,they said i didnt live in the house long enough, the loan was to new,5 years is not new. then stated my income was to high for my debt ratio . thats a joke,housepayment and utilty bills are 90 percent of my income |

I was in the middle of a modification which I made every payment to. At one point there was no way of even making payments over the phone or on the internet so I was mailing in checks. Right in the middle of the modification while they were destroying my credit they sold my loan to ocwen mortgage which also destroyed my credit while I was making payments and had to restart the modification once it was sold. Im still trying to recover from this and have yet to speak to an actual person from any of these companies, I just make sure to keep sending money. I am definately in becasue there is no way anyone should be treated this way, im just glad I have not ended up as bad as some of the other horrer stories Ive read about in dealing with the same thing.
