I wonder if Saxon Mortgage is still in business since I am never able to talk to the lady who is supposed to be taking care of my loan modification. Her message used to be "leave me a message, do not leave more than one message because it will cause delays in your loan processing". It now says "leave me a message and your call will be returned within 48 business hours". After 23 messages, I don't think she is going to call! I am worried that someone will knock at my door and say get out. I have tried and my husband has also to talk to these people without any help. I am ready to file a class action law suit. Anyone else?

In June I tried to refi my 2 yr ARM, with Saxon, as promised by my broker in writing. It was supposed to be no closing costs. Saxon said they aren't loaning so can't honor the letter and shuffled me to Champion Mortgage (Nation Star) with a direct connection. They seem just as bad and it cost me lots in closing costs. Seems fishy! Any ideas?

I am having the same problem.... I am about to talk to my state rep and my attorney.. I faxed out a loan modification to them in Aug.. The lady stated that my account would be on hold pending loan mod.. Now they called asking for five months of mortgage, when it's only been three months past due... Please call me at 715 271 2469 I am about to file a lawsuit.

Tried to work with them to refinance as promised. Filled out all paperwork. After 3 months received answer in form letter. Said they would not refinance. No reason given, no signature or phone number to return call. Unbelievable!

I tried to payoff my mortgage on 8/27/08. They have lost 30K of the 31,568K due to miskeying. It is a month later and my 30K is still missing, I still have to make mort payments to avoid penalties, and no one competent works there or will return calls.
