This company holds payments or applies them to fees and reports them late. My home burned in Jan and my insurance company sent a check for the payoff to them. They held that check for a month and added another $1500 in late fees and early payoff fee. When you call, the people are no help and calls are not reurned. Stay away if possibel. By the way, my mortgage was sold to them by National city Bank. Please be aware that banks and other mortgage companies sell your mortgages for a quick buck. You can dispute the info on credit reports if you prove the payments were made and dates. I did get mine *** and back to the good.
