Saxon applied insurance twice and never paid the property taxes!
Jul 2, 2008
Saxon Mortgage complaint by Debra22
Each and every year for the 5 years I have had Saxon as a servicer, they paid for homeowners insurance, which I pay privetly, don't take my payment. After 5 or 6 faxes, and 10 phone calls, they finaly take my payment, "late". I then get stuck with HUNDREDS of dollars in fees, and a mark on my credit report. Last year, I told them to start an escrow account and they can pay the taxes and insurance. I am now in forclosure. They paid 2 different insurance policies, and never paid the taxes. They won't accept a payment, and I was served with papers 6 weeks ago. I have cancer, and was just told I can't work anymore. Is there any help anywhere? If they just paid back the fees they took wrongly, they would probably owe me! I will be homeless soon, as they won't let me sell my house.
