Saxon continues to screw us Missouri

Saxon Mortgage complaint by Kdsbes
We live in Missouri and have been getting screwed by Saxon since our loan sold to them in November. We got a letter in Dec. saying our first payment was not due until 1/1/08, but they say they never sent that letter. I have been fighting with them about that. They said I should have made the payment to the old mortgage company, however they also refused to accept it. I sent 2 payments in January because no one can seem to find the November payment. I call every month to make a payment which they REFUSE to accept unless i agree to an huge payment for 6 months. I got a letter saying the payment was going up $50/month to cover a shortage on escrow which should not have been if they would not have sent a letter saying no 12/07 payment. The shortage actually comes out to $28.34/month, again they say they never sent that letter. I have call every month for them to refuse my payment then mail it, then they hold it for at least 2 weeks so that there are late charges. Now i got a letter saying they received a payment in February which they applied to the December payment and that we owe for Feb-May. I have sent them copies of cancelled checks which seems to do no good. We received hail damage from a storm and just got the insurance check which is made out to us and Saxon. They told me today that we have to sign it and send it to them and they will put it in a fund and dispurse the money out for repairs and apply the balance to cover the deliquency of our loan. Had about enough of them. Maybe everyone should get together and file a class action lawsuit against them.

Be very careful before you deal with this company, what they do is not to mail you your payment coupon and when you call they claim it is not their policy to send payment stub, so you have to print one online to send to them or via Western Union with a fee. The company then send me three month worth of payment, but I already pay via Western Union, I call in and they claim it was a computer glitch over and over. My coupon never arrive I still contiue to pay Western Union. I am so feed up with that I switch bank, even it cost me money to switch bank it is the only thing to do to save future head ache. This company is all about home Foreclosure they're style is to try to foreclose home with a high equity so they can recover the money. I highy advise if you have a mortages with SAXON to try and get a better lone as soon as possible.
