Saxon is non repsonsive and lies. I sumitted full
docs for modification and have called and can not get a proper response. They are doing what ever they can do to cause
foreclosures. I submitted my docfive times. I was told 2 weeks for a modification in Feb.It is July and I am told they have to send me outside the program and on the sameday a Ms. Hicks was completing my modification. They have a story each time and no one does anything . This is a fraudulent company . They lost
docs four time and after one agent confirmed getting them . Ms.
Fisher told me she had them . When I called no one could find my doc. You do not get
call backs. I call ten times a week and no return calls.
