I have made all my payments and they reported I have not after. they said its in a resevered account and when I sign my new agreegment with them they will credit my acount. They reported to credit companys i am late ruin my creidt score, cant refiance with anyone because of it and was told if i dont sign they will not take it off my credit report. Hiring a lawyer starts at about $4,000.00. Now what to do? My research I have learned.... have everything in wrinting and send everything certified even your payments.
When you can refinance asap before they try to take your home and ruin your credit so you cant go anywhere else.
