Saxon Mortgage complaint

i have paid this company regular payments of 691.00 at tax time i paid 4500.00 to help get ahead now they say i owe them 7951.00 for late payments and started foreclosure tried to get some sense out of them but never get to talk to same people what can we do . i never had this much trouble from any company . is there any lawsuit against this so called saxon mortgage or predatory suits filed against them is so please notify me at i would really appreticate any help to bring this company down

all I can suggest is calling extension 255904 and talking with the repayment plan people. I can't believe how crooked these guys are, but they're going to make you call a guy named nelson. He never ever ever calls you back in the hopes they can sell your house before you get the chance to set up a payment plan. Call these people and make the payment plan so they don't sell your home, then immediately go get a lawyer you definatly will need one. Also bring your reciept of payment, and your previous statement that's your ace in the hole! Good luck.
