Saxon Mortgage complaint by Misswriter415
If you have been victimized by Saxon Mortgage Services, join us in putting together a class act suit, please sound off your complaints to the gracious attorney Derrick Howard at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or call him at 215-545-0422

He is accepting and investigating all complaints so that we may get a SUIT going against Saxon. What they are doing in unjust and ridiculous!

If you actually get on various site, you will see how many people have been victimized by this company, including the elderly. They charge ridiculous unexplained fees, misapply payments, charge extras, send surveyors to your house and charge you for it, claim your behind when you are not... and much more! It is disturbing. I want justice for the anguish they have caused my family!

You guys would not believe the number of responses that I get to this review that I have wrote. I get at least one new e-mail a week and sometimes up to three a day! Craig Hosay has taken over the class action suit against Saxon. If you would like the questionaire and paperwork to fill out for the Class Act and his e-mail address, please notify me via e-mail.

I will tell you that I finally got a loan modification completed by Saxon, my foreclosure was stopped, but I had to HOUND them and I got in touch with the magistrate (judge) in charge of my foreclosure to help me. Try writing a letter to your local judge (especially if they have been active in trying to stop the foreclosures).

I am trying to get Saxon to send me detail of how the mortgage funds from the sale of my foreclosure were spent. I need this information because the IRS is requesting that I produce this information. I am definitely stuck between a rock and a hard place as Saxon is non-responsive by way of fax, mail or land line. with my situation can I become part of a class action suit? Do you have any advice as to what I can do... This is so frustrating.

Saxon is a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley and they get help from the federal government and I mean Millions to pull their feet from the fire.

Then they turn around and put our feet in the fire. I suggest that everyone that reads this write your congressman and senators and let them know what SAXON a Subsidiary of Morgan Stanley is doing to you and your families.

A rather LARGE AND I MEAN LARGE write in of a lot of us will make a difference. Tell them not to help and ask for their money back from Morgan Stanley. Then if you have any stocks, bonds or any other business with Morgan Stanley, take them out and quit doing business with this company and all of its operating subsidiaries. Pass this around to your friends and family also. This should get the point across to them.

This might make a difference for those that have not lost their homes yet.

We either stand up and fight now or lay down and become a human carpet and let them win.

Also write to news agencys and let them know. I tried calling a few and writing a few, but they won't say anthing about the GIANT MORGAN STANLEY> It's going to take overwhelming numbers of us to get this on the air and let them all know what is going on.

Please everyone that reads this: Pass the word around and do what I ask.

WE ARE THE LAST WORD OR THEY ARE! WHY LET THEM WIN!!!

LETS WORK TOGETHER AND WIN THIS.

They also are going to sell my house on the court house steps for a lot less than it's worth. I talked to the real estate pros that told them how much it's worth and they are electing to sell it for much less... 30000 dollars less

Even the real estate pros I talked with can't understand why they are so willing to take a loss like this.

I know why. They are cheating *** and are using the system to milk the federal government.

Where do I begin, Saxon Mortgage has completed ruined my credit. I made a mistake and bounced a check that I wrote for my mortgage a year ago. I never recieved notification that this had happened until after I was already 30 days late. I already had sent my payment in for the following month and that payment was returned to me. i am now not allowed to write a check or give a payment over the phone. i have to get a money order every time I make a payment. The big problem that I am having with them now is that they are saying that they recieved notification from my Homeowners Insurance Company (Allstate) saying that my property was not covered for a specific time frame even though my agent has called them numerous times to tell them that there was never a lapse. They set me up with a $3500 fire insurance policy???? My current insurance is $350. They are saying that I was not ensured for a couple months and I owe them $1300 (4 times my plolicy for the entire year) the fact that they are even attempting to collect this is outrageous and it is even worse that they can charge that much money for a Fire Policy (lowest coverage possible) Who do they think they are? Please include me in whatever classaction lawsuit is pending
