What they are doing in unjust and ridiculous!
If you actually get on various site, you will see how many people have been victimized by this company, including the elderly. They charge ridiculous unexplained fees, misapply payments, charge extras, send surveyors to your house and charge you for it, claim your behind when you are not... and much more! It is disturbing. I want justice for the anguish they have caused my family!

I called Saxon a year ago and told them that my husband and I had to do an emergency relocation of our business and I just wanted to know if I could defer two months payments to the back of my mortgage. Of coarse they were more then happy to do this as long as I didn't make any payments for three months because that's the only way the paperwork would be able to proceed. After months of resending paperwork and phone calls bounced around I received word today it was denied. I am beside myself and in way over what I wanted to be put at the back of my mortgage. I dont know where to go from here. Is there anyone that can help me? |

I called to let them know payments had been made and I didnt understand what was going on anyway the customer service person that answers the phone with the lawyer's office told me the property had been sold and we needed to move out the same day. I contacted Saxon they told me to pay the lawyer fees and my payment and been put into the wrong account and it was nothing they could do about it. They messed up now they want me to pay lawyer fees and late fees after my bank showed proof that my checks were being cashed. |

They won't even give us a week to try and come up with and money. I'm sick and need to have medical procedures done costing thousands and my wife is 9 months pregnant and due any day. Tell me how this is at all fair, ethical and morally responsible. |

I tried getting in their HAMP program, after making their trial payments, called,nobody ever had the same story, said paper work was missing, but i never recieved any calls back from them ever!So me and my boys will have to find other shelter now! |

| 9. Written by on April 13, 2010 from -, -, US Well, I am now another victim to add to your list for the class action lawsuit agains Saxon. They recently bought out my mortgage from Amtrust Bank who was supposedly shut down (but for some reason, they are all still there). I had a loan modification done with Amtrust back in January, it was a done deal, I made my first payment to it Feb. 1st. Then the end of February Saxon got my loan & it took until March 24th for them to even get my modification papers. When I call, they say it is in the loan modification dept. for review (why....I already did a modification). They have also had me listed as in foreclosure since they took the loan. I am not in foreclosure...I did a modification with Amtrust!! I can not seem to get any answers..they transfer me to Andrew in the loan modification department but all I get is a voice mail. I have left several messages & he never returns my calls. Soon, my home will actually be foreclosed on because of there negligence! I am PISSED OFF!!! I just don't know what to do anymore. |
