I had a bad financial loss in 2006 and Saxon stuck their shark lawyers on us and would not accept our calls, I had to file bankruptcy to stop them from taking my home, now in 2008 they are kissing my butt and trying to get me to rewrite the loan, funny when I needed to talk about a deal to settle my debt they wouldn't talk to me just add $15,000 in lawyer fees and now that they are hurting they want me to talk to them, I say FT.........let them hold my note until my bankruptcy is settled, I have already bought a new home and paid cash, so no one can screw me anymore I OWN IT FREE AND CLEAR !

they sicked they attorneys on me because they went up on my fixed not every year since i been here.2003. i stop paying and they tried to foreclose,i paid every dollar and cent they told me to pay and after i did they told me i was still behind.

good for you. sounds like you were able to screw the company you owed money to. attaboy, that's the american way. pile up debt, file bk, start all over again.
