class action suit. Also, file a complaint with the
Fed Reserve. I have info for that. file complaint with your states' attorney general. follow cherokees' advice, keep in contact with each other.
novastar sold us to saxon in 2006, after i filed complaint with ftc, mi att gen. last year they raised out interest rate to 10.45%, we have been trying to modify our mortgage, have state agency working with us, get runaround from saxon for 7 months, then we get
foreclosure notice without even knowing they were foreclosing on us. some bank we never heard of is listed on the notice. we never received a
demand letter, the notice wasn't posted on the wrong premises, saxon never contacted us. its all bs. fight back!!!
