Saxon Mortgage review
I have been reading the complaints on Saxon. I had a short sale that took 6 months to go through. I too dealt with unanswered calls, full voice mailboxes, run around and lost documents. I think the fact that my client had an attorney representing him helped tremendously.

I actually lost our buyer but was able to retrieve one within 48 hours.

Remember, these people you are dealing with have a very difficult time relating to your clients. I'm certain that the agent I dealt with had very little sympathy for my client who was looking at foreclosing on a $450K loan. I can't even afford such a house.

During the process, I was pissed.
